Mindfulness Course – starts on Saturday September 19th 2.00pm – 6.00 pm and also continues on the 3rd October & 17th Of October 2020.
If you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed with the issues we have all been facing over the last 6 months. Mindfulness can help you to curb any overthinking and teach you techniques to enable you to feel calmer and more able to enjoy the changes we now face.
Come and enjoy 3 relaxing afternoons in a lovely location in cheshire with me learning about Mindfulness. This is a full Mindfulness Course so is equivalent to a 6 week course. I will be by side over the period of the course ensuring you get the most out of it so that you can move forward to a happier and calmer life.

I aim to make each afternoon a really relaxing afternoon with plenty of time to learn and to chill. To enjoy learning about Mindfulness in a relaxed and informal setting.
The price includes, all teaching materials and meditations for you to practice. You will have set homework and meditations to ensure you get the maximum out of the course.
A deposit of £50 will secure your place. The remaining payment is due on the day of the course in September by either cheque, direct bank transfer or cash. Maximum number will be 10 – 12 due to social distancing. So please do contact me to book your place as soon as you know you would like to come. If places fill up I will hold a waiting list, the next course will be in 2021.
SOCIAL DISTANCING – Please note the room is very large but I will only take up to a maximum of 12 people to ensure social distancing. The hall is clean and every care will be taken to keep everyone safe. Should we be unable to continue the course at anytime because of COVID the course will be continued on-line. You will see, from my profile that I have extensive experience of teaching on-line, like you I prefer face to face but should we need to I will ensure any on-line learning experience is a good one for you.
