Mindfulness Master Class
The next mindfulness master class will be on Wednesday 23rd of September
Each master class will start at 7pm until 8.45pm.
Who is this Mindfulness Master Class Course for?
This course is for people who are looking to develop their Mindfulness practice and knowledge to continue to experience the benefits of Mindfulness in their lives. Even if your practice has dropped off, come and join us and get your motivation going again . At the session we learn new knowledge and come out with new practices to keep us all motivated.
Don’t forget there is informal and formal practice. Even making a cup of tea mindfully each day as an informal practice can help keep you on track to a mindful way of life.
To qualify to attend this Mindfulness Master Class course you must have previously taken a 6 week TrainmyMind Mindfulness course, or another 6 or 8 week mindfulness course such as The MBLC, MBSR and MBCT or a Workplace Training Course. Please email Sheila@trainmymind.co.uk to discuss your previous experience if you are in doubt that you qualify.
Classes will be for up to around 15 people and will run monthly.
Mindfulness Master Class Course Aims
The key aim is to help participants maintain and develop their practice and assist them in ensuring that Mindfulness is a continuing way of life.

- Consolidate previous knowledge of Mindfulness
- To enable participants to further build their knowledge of Mindfulness.
- Build and develop new knowledge of Mindfulness techniques and practices to build into their everyday life.
