One to One Coaching for Teens and young people

Teens and young people have times in their lives where life may become stressful for them. It may be exam stress, peer pressure, illness or a number of issues at any given time.

Mindfulness teaches young people strategies to improve their emotional resilience so that they can cope when times are difficult. It is a training that they will be able to call on not only now but in the future  as they progress through life.   Mindfulness teaches them to understand  their emotions, learn more about themselves and how to communicate and accept themselves and  others without judgement.

I have recently attended one of Sheila’s mindfulness courses, having been introduced to Sheila by a mutual friend.  I am so grateful for that introduction. I really enjoyed the course and, though it is early days, I am already feeling the benefits, in that I am happier with myself and  a little more in control of my life.  I fully intend to keep going.
