MINDFULNESS MASTER CLASS COURSE

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is for people who are looking to develop their Mindfulness practice and knowledge to continue to experience the benefits of Mindfulness in their lives.
COURSE PREREQUISITES

To qualify to attend this Mindfulness Master Class course you must have previously taken a 6 week TrainmyMind Mindfulness course, or another 6 or 8 week mindfulness course such as The MBLC,  MBSR and MBCT or a Workplace Training Course. MINDFULNESS COURSE AIMS
The key aim is to help participants maintain and develop their practice and assist them in ensuring that Mindfulness is a continuing way of life.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
  • Consolidate previous knowledge of Mindfulness
  • To enable participants to further build their knowledge of Mindfulness.
  • Build and develop new knowledge of Mindfulness techniques and practices to build into their everyday life.
COURSE OVERVIEW

These mindfulness master classes will start on Wednesday 10th January 2018 and then the following two months on Wednesday 7thFebruary 2018 and Wednesday 7th March 2018.

Each master class will start at 7pm until 9pm.

Remember: Mindfulness is like going to the gym for the brain. We need to exercise that brain of ours.

I have recently attended one of Sheila’s mindfulness courses, having been introduced to Sheila by a mutual friend.  I am so grateful for that introduction. I really enjoyed the course and, though it is early days, I am already feeling the benefits, in that I am happier with myself and  a little more in control of my life.  I fully intend to keep going.
