MINDFULNESS MASTER CLASS COURSE
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
To qualify to attend this Mindfulness Master Class course you must have previously taken a 6 week TrainmyMind Mindfulness course, or another 6 or 8 week mindfulness course such as The MBLC, MBSR and MBCT or a Workplace Training Course. Please contact Sheila via our contact form to discuss your previous experience if you are in doubt that you qualify.
MINDFULNESS COURSE AIMS
- Consolidate previous knowledge of Mindfulness
- To enable participants to further build their knowledge of Mindfulness.
- Build and develop new knowledge of Mindfulness techniques and practices to build into their everyday life.
These mindfulness master classes will start on Wednesday 10th January 2018 and then the following two months on Wednesday 7thFebruary 2018 and Wednesday 7th March 2018.
Each master class will start at 7pm until 9pm.
