All of our trainers are extensively  qualified to teach Mindfulness.  They meet the UK guidelines stated in the MBI-TAC guidelines. This not only entails holding teaching qualifications in Mindfulness but also ongoing personal Mindfulness practice including attending an annual Mindfulness Retreat .  All Mindfulness Trainers must also have ongoing supervision.

Sheila  – Mum and Nana

I came to Mindfulness because I was really stressed in my job as an academic. Taking a mindfulness course made such a difference to my life that I decided after studying it  I would learn to teach it. I have since left my university post to teach mindfulness. Aside from the academic qualifications you must have to understand and teach mindfulness another is that you must continue your own practice in your own life. This is challenging, but rewarding and I can help others achieve this for themselves. I am passionate about my teaching, I absolutely love it as I find it so rewarding,  but teaching mindfulness, well how lucky am I  to see what peace, joy and happiness it can bring to the individuals I work with.
