It would be easy for me to say that Mindfulness can solve all our woes. Yes there is very strong scientific evidence that it can make a remarkable difference to our well-being.  Also that Mindfulness in the Workplace can reduce stress, improve creativity and empathy. That is can improve emotional regulation and in turn reduce burnout. It has been shown to improve and develop leadership capabilities.  As Mental Health is very much on the agenda we should also recognise that some people may need medication and or specialist therapy. Of course Mindfulness can then sit alongside these treatments as many therapists are now  recommending. The very sensible article here explains this
