Helping our teenagers with their mental health is essential.

Sometimes people who sign up to a Mindfulness Course think that it is a selfish act. Looking after their own well-being has not been something they are used to putting first. My counter argument is that if you study mindfulness you will not only bring the benefits to yourself but to all those who are close to you.
