Learning to be mindful is the equivalent of taking your mind to the gym.  Take a 6-week course to learn the fundamentals. 

Mindfulness can be learned in person, either through a group course or one-to-one with a trained teacher. A course led by Sheila at Train My Mind will lead you gently through the stages you need to learn to achieve a more mindful way of life.

At Train My Mind we suggest you begin with a six to eight-week course to learn the fundamentals. After this, we can then direct you to further resources to help you make Mindfulness part of your everyday life and as such maintain and keep all the benefits you have experienced from studying Mindfulness with us.
